Vinyl Palace was formed by Alfonso Mayen (music) and Taylor Rizzo (vocals, lyrics) as an outlet for the GRITTY electronic sound that has become their trademark. With lyrical themes that explore the sordid side of the human condition, the pair’s music captures the intensity between the two artists. Alfonso and Taylor’s brand of synthpop is moody yet danceable, with borrowed elements from genres like indie-clash and post punk.
